I am a KYC Transformation Director and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with over 30 years of experience in financial services. I specialize in designing, implementing, and managing commercial banking compliance risk management programs, particularly in the areas of KYC, AML, and treasury management. Most recently, I advised global and national banks in North America on digitally transforming their KYC and refresh processes for corporate and commercial clients, reducing costs and improving client experience. Previously, I led the design and implementation of an updated KYC target operating model and a CLM platform for PNC, as well as developed and implemented compliance business controls and support processes for corporate banking. My mission is to enhance the integrity and efficiency of the financial system and foster a culture of compliance and accountability.
