Serves as internal consultant in conjunction with FP & A leadership (Vice President and above) to implement revamped accounting methodologies, utilize Adaptive Analytics to automate key assumption analytics, and develop forecasting models Designed a monthly and year end consolidated financial reporting packet, linked to accounting data in the firm’s consolidated reporting tools. This effort created a unified solution that reduced the time required to update financial statements for reporting from 5 hours to approximately 20 minutes for refresh and review. Collaborated with multiple FP & A managers to automate the process for recognizing intercompany revenue and eliminations for VNS Health’s managed services business unit. Retained metadata aspects while reducing preparation time from 20-25 FTE hours per reporting cycle to under 30 minutes.
