As the Land Conservation Manager at Catawba Lands Conservancy, I lead our land acquisition efforts to protect wildlife habitats, open spaces, and working farmlands through both conservation easements and fee-simple purchases. I’m responsible for initiating, negotiating, and closing complex land transactions while building trusted relationships with landowners and conservation partners. I’m proud to help advance our strategic conservation goals by managing a diverse portfolio of projects in alignment with the Land Trust Alliance’s (LTA) Standards & Practices.
