Add adoption, change management and all other ingredients of a successful digital transformation.At Verizon I look after the solution sales and architecture practice in APJ that covers our overall portfolio of collaboration solutions such as Cisco HCS (UCCaaS) and Cisco Webex family, a number of contact centre solutions, audio bridging, BlueJeans video conferencing and Gateway for MS Teams, Verizon IP Trunking and other products, including their integration with other technologies – such as MS Teams Direct Routing and a lot more.
