Regulatory Compliance:• Assisted with NPDES Permit review to ensure compliance is maintained for our three WWTPs.• Updated SPCC and reports as needed, with a focus on consistency and thoroughness.Funding Programs:• Facilitated site inspections for various Funding Programs sites sponsored by the District to ensure the stormwater control measure remains optimal. • Identified inefficiencies in Stormwater Control Measures within funded sites, providing actionable solutions to increase stormwater capture.Plant Engineering:• Compiled reports for Plant Engineering using PDMS and NexGen to assist with automation at our three WWTPs. • Assisted (5) and led (1) sampling programs at Southerly and Westerly, focusing on process optimization.• Conducted an extensive analysis of existing District pipe infrastructure, highlighting areas where degradation could compromise ancillary assets.• Identified and maintained equipment utilized during sample collection, such as Solids Content meters, Sludge Blanket thickness probes, and vacuum pumps, and equipment used in solids dewatering.
