Observe immigration court to identify clients who meets eligibility for the program• Draft immigration documents,prepare immigration forms and conduct legal research • Gather information and obtain criminal records as well as completing casework relevant for legal screening • Support legal representatives by communicating with clients, preparing forms and supplemental documents, filing cases and responding to post-filing requests from clients and notices from governmental agencies • Support detained clients and families in gathering evidence and/or working with social workers to find needed services• Provide administrative support to maintain reporting, case management system and legal servers as required by grants requirement
