I hold a PhD in climate change economics from University of Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senega, with a research focus on the effects of climate change on migration dynamic, food security and vulnerability in the rural areas of the Gambia. My expertise spans across econometrics and statistical modelling, modelling different climate change scenarios, methodology development, impact evaluation including experimental study design, proposal writing and development, grant writing, training, data management and analysis. I have a sound background article writing, data analysis tools like Matlab, R, Stata, Eview, and Tableau. I have both analytical and soft skills. I can engaged government and NGOS to validate the research conducted both at national and international level. Roles as a Lecturer: In my teaching, currently i lectures\' econometrics, advanced microeconomic, time series and forecasting, quantitative methods, statistic, behavioral economics, and experimental economics at graduate and undergraduate level. I aim to equip students with a strong foundation in econometrics while fostering an understanding of its application to the interconnected fields. Roles as a Researcher: My research focuses on the intersection of econometrics, climate change economics, migration dynamics, energy, agriculture, and food security, with a specific emphasis on adaptation and vulnerability and remittances. Moreover, I spend most of my time on economic research, Economic data analysis, Economic forecasting, financial modeling, climate change economic modeling, Policy development, and Economic modelling and advising. Roles as an economist : As an economist my primary roles is economic modeling, forecasting, policy development and advising the government the finding and what recombination should they use to change the status quo. Serving as the resource person for a 20-day workshop on modeling consumption in Education, health, labor income, earnings, and wage elements-completed3.
