Extensive political experience in campaign finance, fundraising, organizing, event production, and coordination of logistics, operations, and advance. Currently serving as Deputy Director for Operations and Administration, Politics and Government, at the Service Employees International Union.Previously part of a small team that raised over $40 million for Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand\'s campaigns, and for almost 200 women candidates through the Senator\'s Off the Sidelines initiative. Before joining the Gillibrand team, Erica was the finance director for Congressman Baron Hill of Indiana, one of the bellwether Frontline races. She also managed the Washington office of Congresswoman Debbie Halvorson of Illinois. Erica began her career as a field organizer during Congressman Hill\'s come-back campaign. She has served on the board of the Washington, DC chapter of the Indiana University Alumni Association, as a tutor with DC education non-profit For Love of Children, and as a member of the National Lawyers Guild of Washington, DC.
