I later served as Chief of Staff to senior sales leadership, where I partnered on strategic planning, operational execution, and organizational alignment across multiple business units.In my current role, I manage a complex portfolio of clients representing over $80M in revenue, where I advise on benefit strategy, lead cross-functional execution, and translate data into actionable insights. While this experience has strengthened my business acumen, my passion lies in operating at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and execution.
