Facilitate the organization’s ability to identify, evaluate, mitigate, monitor risk, and identify opportunities insupport of the strategic objectives. · Manage functions pertaining to evaluating and conducting the business analysis of the organization’s enterprise risk management programs and identifying process improvement opportunities· Design a risk management strategy that includes, governance structure, schedule, milestones, and implementation plan.· Advise leadership on organizations risk management effectiveness, organizational structure, or methods and procedures.· Validate requirements to support risk management objectives.· Develop risk management tools to report operational and strategic risks and manage risk in compliance with applicable regulations, strategic initiatives, and the organization\'s long-term goals· Research all applicable government, institutional, military organizations and industry standards for comparable risk management best practices.· Prepare presentations, deliverables, reports including process mapping and various industry standard analysis.· Establish organizational risk management resource library in MS SharePoint to promote collaboration, file sharing and reference material accessibility.· Establish benchmarking for the organization’s risk management processes against current industry standards to identify gaps, best practices, and gain perspective for organizational performance.· Organize, facilitate, and participate in daily, weekly meetings· Provide status reports and advise stakeholders on progress, mitigate issues, and required resources· Design and apply detailed graphics, infographics and charts to demonstrate critical relationships, patterns, or key data points for presenting complex information.· Update risk management application in MS PowerApps in order to establish risk management procedures, organizational risk register, risk reporting, data collection and trends.
