In my current role as a project manager at Schawk! it is my responsibility to work along side the senior project manager on the Dolce Gusto account in respect of packaging design / pack change, eContent and new product launch; my duties typically include the following: • Liaise with project stakeholders, printers, design teams and customers ensuring they are kept fully involved and informed throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure the outputs of the project meet the required needs of the stakeholders. • Responsible for coordinating and collating information from a variety of work streams within a global project environment. • Estimate and manage the project duration determining when activities and events are planned to happen. • Manage the project budget against forecast, estimate costs, ensure that exceptions are escalated and approved. • Identify, record and resolve project risks and issues. • Estimate, recommend and manage the project resources, identify resource conflicts and escalate as necessary
