ABOUT EBONY TWILLEY MARTIN
Leadership is the most regenerative resource we have.Several years ago, during a talk at Greenpeace, I shared my vision of leadership: a tree bearing fruit, scattering seeds, sustaining life beyond itself. That’s what most leaders and institutions want—but rarely design for. Not just impact in a moment, but impact that can reproduce—beyond a single leader, campaign, or news cycle.Right now, too many institutions are substituting resilience for strategy—staying in defensive, reactive cycles that deplete people and resources and weaken the work.I built the Regenerative Leadership Lab (RLL) for this moment.RLL helps leaders, executive teams, and boards move from extraction (burnout, fragility, short-term wins) to regeneration: leadership systems that renew capacity, align priorities with real resources, and stay anchored in purpose under pressure. The RLL LensesEcosystem — the conditions and structures beneath the workMicrobiome — how relationships and information moveLife Cycle — what season you’re in, and what renewal requiresThose lenses are the through line across my work. Whether I’m supporting leaders through disruption, advising philanthropy and fundraising strategy, or working at the intersection of sustainability and emerging technology (including AI, data centers, and the abundance agenda), I’m applying the same regenerative principles—strengthening governance, capacity, culture, and relationships so mission impact can endure.Common Entry PointsDisruption: transition, governance strain, culture fractures, scrutiny, volatilityScale: growth, complexity, decision-making + accountability needsHorizon: emerging policy + infrastructure shifts where AI, data centers, and sustainability convergeIf you’re navigating complexity, transition, or what’s next—and sense what’s required now is deeper than tactics, message me here or connect via my
