Alongside my work, I help to mentor junior members of staff with a view to aid their progression.

I am a Principal Consultant recruiting within the Housing and Property Services sector. I am based in the Midlands and offer over 5 years of recruitment experience working with clients across the East and West Midlands; specialising in Public Sector Markets.I recruit for roles across Housing Management, Housing Needs, Supported Housing and Property Services, from Apprenticeship to Director Level.During my time at Sellick, I have been recognised as Newcomer of the Year and progressed to achieve two promotions more recently. I form part of the Diversity Champions, and together we establish ways to offer clients and candidates advice on inclusive recruitment, including general queries and strategies. We also advise the business on positive change.
