As Head of Delivery at Autotrader, I lead the Delivery function that brings our most important product and technology initiatives to life. I work across teams, and senior leadership groups to create the clarity, alignment, and momentum needed to deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers and our business.I’m at my best shaping complex, multi‑team programmes — simplifying the path forward, enabling confident decision‑making, and ensuring that delivery remains focused. I build strong relationships at every level, using influence, communication, and a calm, pragmatic approach to keep people connected and moving in the same direction.I’m passionate about creating environments where teams can thrive. That means removing ambiguity where possible, supporting teams through change, and giving them the guardrails and support they need to deliver with confidence. I work closely with senior leaders to align priorities, adjust course when required, and make sure we’re always investing our energy in the right things.With a career grounded in Delivery Leadership, I continue to draw on my experience, my network and my understanding of how the organisation fits together — joining the dots, spotting dependencies early, and driving delivery strategies that balance pace, quality, and long‑term value
