As VP of Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI), I lead the creation and implementation of a holistic JEDI strategy that embodies CTL’s values, policies, and practices to ensure all people (including those who have been historically excluded based on race/ethnicity, gender, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation and disability) are treated equitably within the work of our mission, introducing and ensuring plans that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. I work cross functionally, partnering with senior leadership to develop strategies, goals, and metrics that support our mission, business goals and a culture of inclusion and belonging for our staff, volunteers and texters.
