Heyy - I\'m Ebonie I am a Sales Enablement Manager dedicated to equipping sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to succeed. I lead and manage the Sales new-hire onboarding program, a four-week, structured experience designed to set new hires up for success. While onboarding lasts four weeks, our support extends beyond that, with structured check-ins and feedback surveys at the 3- and 6-month marks, ensuring new hires have the support, resources, and knowledge needed to thrive in their first year. I also collaborate with cross-functional leaders to bridge process gaps and improve efficiencies, enhancing how our teams operate and work together.I continuously seek and apply industry best practices to enhance my team’s effectiveness and the broader revenue enablement strategy. I also lead content strategy and knowledge management, curating seller-focused, relevant, and actionable materials. Additionally, I collaborate with my team to develop and lead enablement-driven initiatives such as our Sales Mentorship Program and Enablement Nuggets to reinforce selling best practices and help sellers stay focused on what they do best - closing deals.I believe great enablement is rooted in intentionality, authenticity, and a commitment to continuous growth. I approach my work with a strategic mindset, fostering an environment where sales professionals can evolve, excel, and exceed their goals.Born and raised in Louisville, KY (Go Cards!), I have now planted my roots in Chicago, IL, with my Cavapoo, Luna Miel.
