I’m a Project and Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience supporting grant-funded programs, grassroots organizations, and community-centered teams. I currently serve as a Director of Programs, where I focus on building systems that help work run smoothly, from research and program logistics to partnership coordination and internal operations.My background spans youth development, public health, and social equity. I’ve supported more than 15 research projects, strengthened operational workflows for nonprofits, and helped teams bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives so they can stay focused on impact.I’m interested in operations, program management, and project-based roles within mission-driven organizations.
