Manage initial screening, behavioral assessment and reassessment duties, Assess mental disorders and psychological issues in patients, Devise plans in accordance to the clinical status of patients, Work with primary care teams to treat patients’ mental health or behavior problems, Assist in detecting at-risk patients and employ plans to ensure that further deterioration is prevented, Evaluate care plans to ensure efficacy and appropriateness, Educate families on handling behavior problems in formal and informal settings, Ensure the integrity and consistency of behavior management program, Assist in developing intervention programs to cater to emotionally disturbed patients, Conduct workshops for families, teachers and healthcare providers for them to understand and carry out behavior management techniques, Analyze and review patient data on a continuous basis to understand the need for care plan review, Observe patients for possible changes in behavior or deterioration, Manage accurate documentation of patient records and observations, Plan assurance and enhancement procedures for mental health development, Maintain case notes and incident summaries • Provide ongoing behavioral intervention on a regular basis, Confer with patients to determine the extent of behavioral problems, Implement core stabilization and service plans targeted at behavior management, Leading social, recreational and therapeutic groups: one-on-one beneficial interaction with patients, including patients’ daily living skills, social skills, community living skills, coping skills and community resources, Documenting relevant patient treatment concerning behavior, temperaments, discussions and group attendance, Assisting with organizing and participating in therapeutic activities, exercise, and rehabilitation, Teaching of daily living activities, i.e, personal hygiene, social skills, communication skills, coping skills, and community resources as part of discharge planning
