Owner of the Non-Production Environment (NPE) used to test all of Air Time sales applications. Working closely with a key 3rd party service provider coupled with internal teams, external hosting providers, 3rd party applications owners and supplier managed services who all contributed to providing high availability of the blended NPE.• Responsible for all Test environment resources, day-to-day operations provided by Imagine Communications for Landmark application, ensuring all activities were aligned to the business requirements to deliver the services for our testing customers, including test scheduling and project management and budget planning.• Worked with counterparts within 3rd party service, which included day-to-day issue resolution, daily status meetings, weekly operation, also accountable for the provision of new environments – Cloud hosting, physical equipment in data centres internal and vendor hosted equipment and network and firewall changes.• Responsible for Landmark application Production upgrade, includes planning meetings to the point of a minute-by minute plan being produced and track on the day, followed by Operation and Business testing post upgrade.• Worked closely with internal/external teams to ensure NPE was running optimally, both technically and financially to effect cost savings. • Managed contention of IT resources for overlapping releases through build, test, and implementation, providing stakeholders the forward view of all releases and highlighting their integration points and dependencies to ensure project change and BAU activities had a clear path to live and remained conflict free through regular updates.
