Operate Compressor to fill up high/low air trailers and use the cascade system efficiently to refill SCBA and SABA air packs.• Maintain comprehensive plant inventory records, ensuring accurate tracking of equipment, materials, and supplies.• Disassembles cleans, and refills Air Pak/Ska Pak cylinders and assembles SCBAs and SABAs• Ensures timely action and process adjustments during equipment upsets that are consistent with operational objectives and target output.• Wear a Self-contained Breathing Apparatus for confined space duties.• Provide hands-on support to operations, technical, and maintenance work teams.• Maintain environmental standards and practices, promoting environmental stewardship.• Maintain plant integrity through housekeeping, safety checks, and routine maintenance.• Troubleshoot issues with production equipment and processes, promptly identifying and resolving problems to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.• Complete required training to enhance understanding and competency in process operations.• Utilize MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, for documentation and communication purposes.
