Inputting and reconciliation of the shop floor data. Product costing - Process and input all production paperwork into the ERP system. Verify key Raw material stock level daily and reconcile against ERP. Adjust production assembly paperwork to keep accurate production records.Inventory management. Adjust and reconcile product inventory status to ensure accuracy. Cycle count coordination of all SKUs. Complete all Returns and Transfers between warehouses and plants. Receive the POs into the ERP system. Conduct monthly meetings with all warehouse partners across the country. Acting as a primary contact for JD Sweid for inventory-related issues, damage reporting, short shipment and other enquiries. Chair internal monthly cost reduction meeting. EDI- complete daily updating of EDI transactions in the ERP.Other duties. Acting as a backup for the updation of Scheduling into the system. Acting as a backup for short product reporting. Acting as a backup for updating and sending shipping documents via EDI.
