Accountable for Delivery, including internal and client environment setup, configuration, planning, and software release deployments. Responsible for non-functional requirements and design, encompassing system architecture, security design, performance monitoring and enhancements. Act as the main contact for technical interactions for the clients supported, and coordinator with DevOps and Operations Support team. Provide overall technology management, including batch activities solution design and development, serving as a product liaison for issue triage and enhancement prioritization. Developed and Implemented a JIRA project for ticket tracking, automation for ticket reporting, and Exalate connectivity to other JIRA projects. Coordinated the proof-of-concept for a monitoring system for lower environments region using an in-house development based on InfluxDB, Prometheus and Grafana. Coordinate with internal teams for platform security vulnerability patching for a legacy system
