Manage, onboarded, and retained 5 FTE since hired which consist of Senior BI Developers and BI Architects. • Lead, assist and grow the IT BI team in all aspects of the Data Warehouse (DW)/ BI development lifecycle and ensure DW/BI projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget, as well as troubleshoot more complex issues with reports, dashboards, and extracts as needed. • Responsible for the development of clinical\\financial reporting using any number of BI Tools: ReportCenter(SSRS), Tableau, Pyramid Analytics, Cubes, SSIS, SlicerDicer Data Models as well as the acting administrator for these tools. • Prepare, justify, and track budget items for the IT BI team as well as work with department and operational leaders to develop and maintain MHS’ analytics strategy. • Strive to continuously improve the way the IT BI team develop and support BI Solutions by upgrading to newer versions of Visual Studios, implementing TFS for source control, using CozyRoc to make ETL plugins for faster development as well as track incoming requests with Service Now Catalog Item for IT BI Requests. • Participates in RFPs, vendor selection and negotiations, as well as the design and implementation of new technologies. Ensure DW/BI solutions meet customer needs and align with MHS’ analytics strategy. • High-level Projects\\Accomplishments: Implementation of the Community Connect Org Filtering, Caboodle Implementation and Migration of homegrown DW to Caboodle, Reporting Services Upgrade from 2012 to 2016, Tableau Upgrade and BI OFFICE to Pyramid Analytics 2020, Web Executive Dashboards, and SlicerDicer Data Models, obtained Epic Cogito Project Manager certification.
