As an Enterprise Solutions Architect driving digital transformation initiatives, leading the Digital, Corporate and HR Domains. I am responsible for managing the application roadmap and system portfolio, serving as the primary technical contact for digital application-related queries. Lead Architect for both strategic and business-as-usual projects from inception to delivery. I have worked on numerous transformation projects from requirements gathering to completion, recently including Mergers & Acquisitions, Workday implementation, legacy systems replacement projects, an ERP cloud implementation, re-platforming and upgrade project of a CRM system including an Email platform migration and Pricing platform implementation. My expertise lies in integrating third-party systems, developing high-level designs, and defining non-functional requirements (NFRs), including security and data flow management. Improving the maturity matrix of the architecture team by creating reusable artifacts. I work closely with the engineering team, attending daily stand-ups to monitor development progress, and collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement. I oversee the entire project lifecycle, from creating project scope documents to designing solutions, while keeping key stakeholders informed of progress. When third-party solutions don\'t fully meet business needs, I propose alternative approaches to ensure they align with the target operating model.My strong technical expertise, combined with my Business Analyst background, allow me to communicate effectively both with members of my team, and with key stakeholders throughout the business at various levels.
