My most recent experience in the past 10 years has been assisting companies with technological advances that bridge regulatory compliance and operations in a more efficient and cost-effective manner.Core Expertise: Regulatory Compliance - design, refine, implement, and oversee regulatory compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulatory requirements by automating the relationship between regulations, governance, risk assessments, audits, investigations, and reporting. Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and promote a culture of ethics and compliance. AI & LLM Governance – Advising on ethical AI/LLM deployment, algorithmic transparency, and compliance with emerging AI regulations (Utah’s & Colorado’s CAIA; EU AI Act; NIST’s AI RMF) as well as credit model transparency for Fair Lending requirements. Global Privacy & Data Security – Ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other privacy and data breach notification strategies. Contracts (Procurement, B2B, Corporate Real Estate, Financing, M&A) – Design, enhance and implement vendor and contract management systems to automate drafting, review, approval, and monitoring of agreements. Dispute Resolution & Legal Strategy – Advise on pre-litigation risk assessment, strategy, and represent clients in civil, ethics & compliance, employment, and commercial issues.Through my writing and advisory work, I aim to bridge the gap between law, ethics, and technology, helping organizations harness innovation responsibly.
