I started my career with H&M in 2014 as a store manager in Cambridge. After 2 years of working as a store manager I wanted a new challenge and my passion has always been developing colleagues and finding great talents to join H&M. The opportunity came up to become an area recruiter I was ecstatic to start the role. I loved the recruiter role as it gave me the opportunity to meet and introduce hundreds of amazing talents into the H&M brand. After that I took on the role of area HR manager based in central London which was my dream job since joining H&M and learning of the role. Since then I have been delighted to join the central HR department in the support office as the Employee Relations Manager for the UK & IE.
