I work primarily on the Workday Student product suite and my responsibilities include performing the following tasks as a member of a deployment team: i. understand and map out customer business requirements ii. design and configure the Workday solution to customer specification demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems iv. assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to customers v. work with customers to understand and convert legacy data into Workday vi. educate customers on how to use their Workday system efficiently and encourage uptake of new functionalities
