After her business partner decided to move back to a larger corporate role, she decided to remain in the business. In 2011 she left the franchise organisation, re-branded the business and retained her clients who transferred to her new company,Helen firmly believes that her clients deserve the best service each and every time a member of her PA team answer a call on their behalf, and most importantly that the clients callers have been dealt with in the most professional of manners. And that this service is best delivered by a team of named PA’s allocated to each client. Her clients know that their calls are answered by someone they know and who know them and their business. And not by just the next available operator. She is committed to continually improving the service offered to her clients.
