I am a proud TD banker, a mom who learn from my kids, jack of all trades, and master of none. I am a proud immigrant and a Canadian citizen. I love people & technology, have gained experience in Asia, America, and Europe. Currently in Canada, creating a better world through Automation and Digitization serving TD\'s Commercial, Corporate and Small Business Banking customers. I oversee projects and programs within my organization, my team designs specific solutions to meet our customers needs\' and deliver effective value. Currently, I serve TD Canada Trust as the Solution Train Engineer aka Director of Business Banking\'s Run My Business portfolio. Portfolio operations include Cash Management and Deposit suite of products catering to the needs of Business Banking customers. Core business operations include Application Modernization, Innovation, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology Operations. We re-engineer business processes to realize the opportunities of AI/cloud computing, improve operational efficiency, productivity, scalability, and competitiveness of BB products. I spearhead the release of TD Business Central: TD Business Central is a transformational journey to modernize our customers\' digital banking experience.
