As Chief of Police for the City of Lancaster, I serve as the executive leader of a full-service municipal law enforcement agency comprised of 128 sworn officers and 60 civilian professionals. I am responsible for setting the strategic vision and ensuring the delivery of professional, constitutional, and community-centered policing services to the residents and visitors of Lancaster.I provide direct oversight of all operational and administrative divisions, including patrol operations, criminal investigations, special units, professional standards, training, and civilian support services. In partnership with the Mayor, City Council, and community stakeholders, I guide policy development, fiscal management, and long-term organizational planning to meet evolving public safety demands.
