   Responsible for operations of $3.2M nonprofit organization who offers access to dental care for individuals (primarily children) who have Medicaid insurance. Areas of oversight include human resources, facilities, finance, clinics, programs and outreach.*Provide strategic and tactical oversight and direction for CSD teams, clinics and programs.*Engage with CSD board of directors and executive leadership council representing CSD clinics, programs and operations.*Externally represent CSD in advocating for change in access to dental care for Wisconsinites including state-wide and local coalition leadership, policy and dental workforce development, and the importance of dental public health. Current steering committee chair of the Wisconsin Oral Health Coalition.*Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the areas of technical colleges, dental schools, medical partners, and community partnerships that directly tie to and support CSD\'s successful clinical operations and delivery of care.*Provide policy and operational oversight and direction for human resource management functions including team member relations and engagement, training and development, pay and benefits, performance management, talent acquisition and risk management.*Collaborate with CSD\'s leadership team to build a highly inclusive culture where team members can thrive and represent CSD\'s mission and core values to the best of their ability.*Oversight of finance and accounting team members and activities including preparing and monitoring annual budgets and processes while maximizing earned revenue and minimizing expenses.*Maintain CSD facilities with related partners and vendors to ensure operational efficiency.*Oversight of Medicaid provider credentialing, Medicaid and HMO provider relations and navigating provider-payor challenges.*Oversight of safety and compliance initiatives to ensure compliance with local regulations and OSHA requirements.
