ABOUT EASHA NADEEM

Driven Accounting & Finance First Class Graduate (GPA 4.0), awarded as the ‘Best Graduating Student’ and recognised as having the ‘Best Overall Performance by an Oxford Brookes Business School Student’ 2024. My academic excellence has provided me a strong foundation in financial and management accounting, auditing and taxation. Currently, as an Accounts Assistant at Jaguar Land Rover, I have developed valuable experience across both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. I manage invoice processing and coding, daily banking collating and posting, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, and preparation of weekly management reports, including identifying accruals required during month-end supplier reconciliations. I have quickly progressed and taken full ownership of accounts receivable responsibilities including monitoring outstanding payments, resolving customer queries, reviewing aged debtors reports, advising management on risks and bad debt provisions, and managing customer credit limits. Whilst balancing both duties, I also contribute towards wider finance activities such as balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting. Alongside working full time, I am actively pursuing the ACCA qualification, having successfully completed 12 of 13 exams on first attempt. This journey has not only strengthened my ability to manage my workload with my studies, but has enabled me to deepen my knowledge in strategic business management, financial reporting and decision making.
