Be the change you want to see in the world.\" Driving change, solving problems to have impactful results, and inspiring people are vital to me and are at the core of who I am as an individual. My decision to pursue an MBA at IESE Business School was a no-brainer for the same reason. Before joining IESE, I worked with Deloitte as a Cyber Risk Consultant, assisting global clients in navigating various cyber threats and vulnerabilities. I have worked with clients in the Retail and Consumer Goods space to strategically design initiatives, innovate and optimise operations, resulting in thousands of staff hours saved for the client and the firm. After the MBA, I worked with Amazon UK as a part of their Pathways Leadership program to identify solutions to drive value to customers globally. Recently, I have transitioned to a role within the Corporate Strategy/ program space to drive Strategic insights and take ownership of the Shipper Lifecycle for the most Customer-Obsessed organization in the world.Along with work, I was always motivated to drive inspiring change amongst my peers. At Deloitte, it was about setting up a Corporate Sports platform focused on transforming the lives of individuals. In Engineering school, I strategically designed one of the most significant nationwide Techno-Cultural events in the city, enabling students to access opportunities otherwise unavailable. I was also the sports coordinator at IESE and played an instrumental role in the post-Covid revival of IESE\'s flagship sports festival \'IESE Spring Games 22\'.Skills: Leadership, Motivation, Consulting, Strategy, Operations, Team Player, Event Management, Cyber Risk, People Management, Sports Management.
