Supports the Director of US Transparency Systems, Operations & Reporting to ensure the Company submits complete, accurate and timely transparency data to the US federal government on behalf of all US Sanofi entities. • Monitor and investigates Sanofi sponsored R&D studies and other third-party vendors to identify quarterly variances and trends to support risk management and executive decision making. • Provide transparency reporting issues, data validations, system enhancements, and integrations. • Perform sample testing and ensures appropriate processes and system controls are in place. • Develop and share data analytics with business stakeholders. • Train and mentor employees, third party vendors, and stakeholders on HCP spend transparency requirements. • Manage and monitor dispute resolution processes with Compliance to ensure various data sources are complete, accurate and documented. • Design and implement routine data reconciliation processes across all source systems. • Collaborate with IT specialists to support testing, implementation and maintenance of aggregate spend tools. • Support the implementation and maintenance of a BOT tool for third party vendor transparency tracking. • Manage the Sanofi Transparency system, including revising and documenting on-going policies and procedures.
