Specialist in project management with earned value management (EVM). Well versed in designing, implementing and assessing Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for compliance with the 32 guidelines in the EIA-748 Standard for Earned Value Management Systems. Skilled in developing EVMS implementation plans as well as working with various functional roles to develop EVMS storyboard flowcharts in a variety of project management environments. Frequently work with companies new to earned value management to help design and implement an EVMS in preparation for a government customer compliance review. Also experienced in implementing EVM in production environments. My focus is on helping clients successfully implement earned value management systems that are tailored to their environment and reflect industry’s best practices as a well-designed EVMS can make a positive difference in how a project is managed from inception to final product delivery.I also work in operations for H&A, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful completion of our scope throughout the lifecycle of an engagement.
