I got my start in the automotive industry during my junior year at the University of the Pacific, selling cars part-time at a Mazda dealership. One of the first lessons I learned was simple but impactful: “The cleaner the car, the faster it sells.” That insight sparked a career focused on vehicle appearance and customer experience.Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in nearly every corner of the industry—from dealerships and car washes to body shops, rental agencies, and detail chemical manufacturers—building marketing strategies and appearance programs along the way.Radiant Ride is the culmination of that journey, building a new service sector in automotive. It is an on-demand cosmetic car care program designed to keep vehicles looking their best with convenient, high-quality cosmetic repairs. This program elevates the ownership experience and strengthens customer loyalty and dealership revenue.Our dealership partners boost service retention and customer engagement, increasing the chance of a return sale when it\'s time for their next vehicle, resulting in income development across fixed operations and finance.As Founder and CEO, I bring over 20 years of experience in strategic planning and market expansion to build strong partnerships and lead innovative product strategies. Sticks Brown Group, Inc. is also a general agent for Portfolio Company, which specializes in administering automotive and RV related service contracts, ancillary products and warranties, customized to the dealership, agencies or client\'s needs.
