I originate real estate loans. I devote most of my efforts to the investor, including people new to investing so I do a lot of training and education about commercial loans and the process. New investors are generally encouraged to get information from a variety of sources, and I am available to be one of them. Most of my loans are competitive with institutional rates and terms. I appreciate the opportunity to work with a client before going into contract to ensure that a purchase will go according to plan.

Sourcing and packaging Commercial real estate loans, funding the purchase and refinancing of apartment buildings, office, retail, and industrial properties (single tenant and multi-tenant), hospitality, and self-storage. I do these loans nation-wide, though I tend to keep my activity in Southern California. This makes it possible to serve a client with multiple properties from the same loan file, a real convenience and time saver for investors.
