My first year at Charter I was assigned to PM a major network firewall replacement initiative spanning the nation, encompassing approximately 35 diverse sites and managing 50 deployment maintenance windows. Each change window lasts between 4 to 6 hours, demands meticulous pre-change coordination with ISPs, regional and national data/ops centers, and service validation teams. Ensure testing and seamless operational services before and after each deployment is a critical aspect of my responsibilities.• This year I have been assigned a series of load balancer refresh projects with a multiskilled team of 30 members and collaborating closely with key stakeholders from Network Engineering, Operations, Cloud Services, Security and several vendor Professional Services teams.• Contributing to the corporate reputation as one of the leading cable and telecommunications giants in the USA, serving over 32 million customers daily in 41 states. Facilitating connectivity for nearly 500 million devices across broadband, video, and mobile voice networks.
