Covid-19 is just the latest example of \"big challenges\" facing companies today. Every business & every profession in America is in one of three positions- You’re a disrupter in your category - You’re evolving as a business - You\'re company is static and/or shrinking. For the past 20 years under various titles, I’ve served a key role helping companies & executives remain nimble, evolve, while not losing control of their budgets, alienating key suppliers or ignoring essential employees. Being familiar with every aspect of a business’s needs (budgets, legal, admin, HR, operations, marketing, etc.) I have the skill-set to keep control of your teams and integrate disparate elements as the organization grows, evolves & changes. Strategic – aid in exploring long term perspectives, while successfully managing short term responsibilities. Partner – the most trusted partner to the organization and supervisor to ensure success. I’ve been very fortunate over the course of my career to have worked with, and for, some of the most widely respected brands & talent. I was part of the early success of the Discovery Channel and their expansion from one network to a global entertainment giant. At Madison Square Garden/Radio City Music Hall, I was a key driver in building the digital eco-system for the Rockettes brand. I also co-founded a boutique creative/VFX agency, The LSD Group, which could compete creatively with any full-service agency. Managing teams, clients, professionals & partners is the expertise I bring to any business.
