With 20 years’ experience in pre-press and commercial offset I am excited to be on the leading edge of transforming publishing, commercial, direct mail, and transactional segments by accelerating the analog-to-digital transformation where inkjet provides added value. Integration with new intelligent inline/near line finishing systems allows automated cut, stack, dynamic perf & punch and to meet documented requirements and maximize automation for great ROIs. In the past 20 years when I haven’t been in production printing, I have played roles in designing, selling, implementing, and managing C Level Professional Services projects in a wide variety of vertical markets in the States. As a Business Process Management Specialist I loved analyzing complex business process challenges, the KPIs, the business history on the process with proven methodology (Six Sigma DMAIC) that will allow me to present a BPMN workflow of current “as is” state, future “to be” state, risk analysis, and the necessary steps and methodology to implement the resulting improvements. Let’s also pay due diligence to Change Management by following the PROSI ADKAR methodology to align personal behavior with our project & business goals.
