   Co‑authored system‑level requirements and PDR documentation for a novel Airborne Power Generator (APG), ensuring electrical specifications met cross‑functional design goals. Designed a high‑voltage (800 V → 48 V) power‑conversion PCB, addressing load‑balancing of parallel Bus Converter Modules, isolated I²C buses, and extreme space constraints. Created a comprehensive test plan covering motor‑to‑ground‑station dynamics; built a Python‑Qt GUI that programmed and controlled eight synchronized motors (four simulated, four loaded). Performed Level‑2/Level‑3 PSIM simulations for a 24 kW LLC resonant ground‑station converter, driving component selection and validating a soft‑start strategy. Engineered schematics and PCBs for the low‑voltage/high‑current battery‑side boards of the ground‑station converter (2 of 4 total boards). Developed firmware on a TI TMS320F28377D dual‑core DSP, implementing parallel‑processing architecture, IPC/SCI/ePWM drivers, and a custom interface; verified open‑ and closed‑loop operation.
