Currently working as part of the asset management team responsible for the Regional REIT mandate (£648m AUM) consisting predominantly of regional offices around the UK. Individually responsible for 20, mainly multi let assets throughout the north of England with c90 tenants over sq ft with a value in the region of £82m. My role as external Asset Manager include- Engaging with property managers on the day-to-day management of the portfolio- Perform due diligence on acquisitions and lead the disposals process of non-core assets- Engaging with existing tenants with the negotiation of longer leases and removal of tenant break options- Instructing agents to re-let properties at lease expiry and building surveyors on the dilapidation process- Manage the capital expenditure process on refurbishments to increase rental income or capital values- Liaise with key stakeholders including senior management, valuers, surveyors and solicitors.
