Passionate Healthcare IT Leader and Transformational Nursing Informaticist, with over two decades of dedicated service in the NHS, I am a Nurse with a profound commitment to leveraging Information Technology to elevate healthcare experiences for both patients and staff. Throughout my dynamic career, I\'ve witnessed change as the only constant, steering healthcare delivery towards innovation and efficiency.In my role as a key player in the New Hospital Programme, I champion novel approaches to healthcare through the strategic use of digital and informatics technologies. As a trusted ambassador for this transformative agenda, I act as a spokesperson, providing clinical advice and fostering collaboration with leaders and stakeholders. My focus extends to championing innovation and cultivating a clinically led information culture.I am at the forefront of innovating clinical services by integrating informatics, striving for a better patient experience, digital empowerment, high-quality integrated care, improved staff satisfaction, and financial sustainability. Working closely with the Digital Director, I contribute to the development and execution of a Digital-first delivery framework for New Hospital Programme trusts.At the epicenter of the biggest hospital building programme in a generation, I am committed to creating world-class health facilities that embrace innovation and collaboration.
