As a Technical Manager, I lead complex aircraft transition projects across a global fleet, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes that protect asset value and strengthen long-term customer relationships. I manage the full lifecycle of aircraft returns, deliveries, inspections, and technical records—ensuring each transition meets contractual, OEM, and regulatory requirements.I collaborate closely with lessees, MROs, OEMs, and internal commercial, legal, and contracts teams to execute smooth and timely transitions. My responsibilities include overseeing maintenance activity, skilfully negotiating return compensation, validating aircraft configuration and documentation, and ensuring transparent, data-driven decision-making across all stakeholders.A key part of my role involves managing multiple concurrent projects and leading technical consultants to achieve cost-efficient, high-quality execution. I also provide technical input during LOI and lease negotiations and sales transactions, contributing technical expertise that helps shape commercial strategy and transaction success.I am actively involved in cross-departmental process improvements and digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational consistency, accuracy, and scalability. These efforts support my long-term goal of growing as a technical leader within the aircraft leasing industry—driving continuous improvement, mentoring technical teams, and contributing to influencing strategic decisions.Working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment, I prioritise strong communication, collaborative problem-solving, and integrity in managing sensitive information and maintaining customer focus.
