Manage team of Talent Sourcing Partners across key Citi sites in EMEA\\\\n• Drive change management as the talent sourcing functions evolves in practise and delivery\\\\n• Partner with colleague Talent Sourcing Managers on priorities, best practise and operational challenges\\\\n• Support global and regional implementation of new and/or additional Talent Acquisition tools and mechanisms\\\\n• Partner with site and business unit Talent Acquisition Managers on delivery of the Talent Acquisition function to the Citi business\\\\n• Hire, onboard and coach the team in talent sourcing best practice and seek out innovative approaches through various channels to market and supporting tools\\\\n• Capacity management of talent sourcing team balancing workload with business priority\\\\n• Drive sourcing performance, measure and continually improve the success of talent sourcing team\\\\n• Manage relationships with vendor suppliers\\\\n• Operational management for vendor staff and contractors\\\\n• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects within talent sourcing and the broader EMEA Talent Acquisition function\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
