Joined Tribes as a Senior Flutter Developer on a contract basis, contributing across multiple projects with a focus on delivering high-quality cross-platform applications under tight deadlines- In the first project, I was brought in to accelerate development of an employee management platform targeting Android, iOS, and Web. I worked closely with a team of backend developers, a product manager, and another Flutter developer, using Riverpod, GraphQL, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Actions. I was responsible for implementing several remaining features and helped boost development speed by over 50% during a critical delivery phase- In the second project, I was tasked with implementing advanced custom animations and contributing to key feature development for a mobile app (Android and iOS). Using GetX and fine-tuned animation techniques, I worked alongside a small, focused team to elevate the user experience through visually rich, smooth interactions.These projects highlight my ability to integrate quickly into teams, adapt to different codebases, and deliver impactful results in short timelines.
