About Emily M.
Startup leader with a passion for regenerative supply chains, software with impact, and cooperative team-building. I currently lead operations for Rodale Institute\'s Organic Consulting program, a team of 22+ agronomists, certification experts, and market development specialists that support producers and processors nationwide transitioning their operations to more sustainable practices. Prior to Rodale, I was the fourth employee at the regenerative CPG startup SIMPLi, where I managed sales and operations bilingually (Spanish and English). Previous experiences include co-founding a small Latin American grocery delivery service in Baltimore, custom software development consulting, and entrepreneurship program support for Venture For America (VFA). I received my BA in Economics from Barnard College of Columbia University, and am currently pursuing an MS in Sustainability Management at American University\'s Kogod School of Business. I am also currently an E2 1Hotels Fellow and Farm Foundation Young Agri-Food Leader.
