I am a leader, mentor, and coach committed to making a positive impact. With over a decade of Active Duty service in the United States Army, I have honed my skills in disciplined decision-making, risk assessment, and collaboration with diverse teams to achieve shared objectives. My experience as a collegiate rugby player and lifelong athlete has instilled in me a strong commitment to teamwork and excellence. My passion is developing leaders and teams to realize their potential. I have been afforded the opportunity to explore that passion within the military, and look forward to where it takes me in the future. I am a proud wife and mother, and am blessed with a beautiful family. I believe life is always better with loved ones and at least one golden retriever.
