Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for managing service requests (SR) and providing high-level (High-Touch) customer support. Fully knowledgeable with the ASR ASR 5500 and ASR 5700 HW either functioning as a CDMA (HA, FA, PDSN), eHRPD (HSGW), UMTS (SGSN, GGSN) or LTE (MME, SGW, PGW) network element. This covers both the qVPC-SI and qVPC-DI (Openstack and Vmware) virtual packet core solution. Performed on-boarding process to newly hired engineers. High Touch Technical Support (HTTS) is a 24 x 7 support team and premium service offering providing break-fix support for Cisco\'s largest Service Provider and Enterprise customers. HTTS engineers interface with Customer Account Teams, High Touch Operation Managers, High Touch Engineers, TAC and various BUs to provide timely support and issue resolution to meet or exceed our customers\' expectations.
