Initial phase resulted in a successful feasibility study completed under tight deadline and Mayor advancement of the recommendations- Foster a culture of openness, trust, and inclusivity through a facilitator\'s toolkit drawing from social psychology research methods, agile project management, and change management (e.g. design and administer staff focus groups and surveys, conduct lessons learned exercises, craft process maps, synthesize executive summaries of data)- Serve as a peer mentor in multiple venues, through participation in the city’s year-long Pathway to Leadership (P2L) program in 2024 and the Citywide Mentor Program since 2023- Completed LEAD Certification in 2025 (Citywide leadership development program).
